Anyone who doesn't know that we don't use string on our tea and herbal tea bags isn't yet a marmot!

You see, the strings are made from cotton, which consumes a lot of water and retains pesticides. At Les 2 Marmottes, we're striving to leave no trace of ourselves in nature.

But how can you scoop up your teabag from the bottom of your mug or cup without using your fingers in if there's no string? These wooden spoons are no consolation prize! You can see where our marmots are coming from... if you want to stir your tea, take out your tea bag and squeeze it out, then a good old fashioned teaspoon is ideal!

Our Marmot's version is a set of 4 teaspoons made in light beechwood, with a funny quote in French engraved on the handle of each spoon:
